What I worked on:

At the Ueppy Web Agency, I was also responsible for creating content for the agency’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook), in collaboration with a colleague copywriter.
 

The client:

Ueppy is a company that has been creating custom web projects for over 20 years, bringing together different specialized companies from various fields since 1999. It offers personalized solutions using appropriate web languages and innovative designs to ensure functional and profitable products. The team includes PHP developers, experts in MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2 databases, graphic designers, content writers, SEO specialists, and marketing and promotion experts.  

The project:

Thanks to different immediately recognizable graphic formats that could be associated with the coordinated image, I was able to convey the various messages the company wanted to send to its social media followers. A key element was maintaining a conversational and witty tone of voice, involving Ueppy’s mascot (the Ueppy Mouse) in various communications.

Another important aspect of the editorial plan was focusing on information related to web marketing topics: content production often did not just highlight the projects developed by Ueppy, but emphasized why maintaining an online presence is important for business success.

 

Target audience:

Ueppy targets a wide range of sectors and industries: hotels and accommodation facilities, food & wine industry operators, spas and wellness centers, agriturismos and mountain lodges, restaurants, holiday homes, ski schools and tour operators, industrial and manufacturing companies, as well as professionals in the fields of art, architecture, and design.
 

Goals:

1. Boost the visibility: Increase the Web Agency's visibility on social media to be recognized as a reference point in web design and digital marketing. 2. Traffic generation: Generate qualified traffic to the website and other digital channels of the Web Agency to increase interest in the offered services and acquire potential clients. 3. Brand positioning:Strengthen Ueppy’s position as a reliable and innovative company in the field of custom web design and personalized digital marketing solutions. 4. Community engagement: Actively engage the audience with informative and engaging content, building trust and collaboration with clients and industry professionals. 5. Data-Driven Strategy Optimization:Constantly analyze social media data and metrics to better understand user behavior and optimize communication and marketing strategies. 6. Client acquisition and retention: Attract new clients and ensure the satisfaction and retention of existing ones by offering high-quality services and long-term personalized assistance.
 

Results achieved:

Over time, the Agency’s Instagram and Facebook channels have also become a place to find insights and news about the web world, avoiding being just a bulletin board for commercial content and sales-oriented posts.

The quality of the published content has also helped attract and retain clients, who now have the opportunity to engage daily with the Agency through stories and posts.
