The context:

La Casa sul Fiume is a vacation home with a fantastic view of the Mera River, located just 250 meters from Piazza Pestalozzi and Via Dolzino, the most vibrant part of the historic center of Chiavenna. Designed and built for those who want to experience Chiavenna 360° year-round, from spring and summer to autumn and winter: from couples to families with children, groups of friends, bikers, and hikers.

The project began with identifying clear communication objectives and values, followed by defining a color palette consistent with the style of La Casa Sul Fiume.

Visual collection:

I then created a collection of images that helps me recreate an atmosphere, a mood, a style. It helps capture the full nuances of a project, supporting the creative process.

The color palette:

The color palette of La Casa Sul Fiume combines blue and aquamarine as the main tones, evoking a sense of tranquility and connection with water. The pale yellow acts as a neutral color, adding a touch of brightness and freshness to the spaces. The dark blue provides depth and contrast, while the intense red adds vibrant and dynamic accents. These colors are reflected in the furnishings and the environment in which the vacation home is set, creating a perfect harmony between the interior and exterior.

The logo:

The pictogram incorporates all three main visual elements that define the house: the river, the modern structure, and the sun (inside the house, there is a collection of ceramic suns).
