It is located within the same building as a hotel (also managed by the client) near the town center, and it is one of its main strengths. Chef Luca prepares creative dishes using the freshest ingredients, also accommodating special dietary needs. Decorated in mountain style, the restaurant offers a memorable culinary experience thanks to its <strong>excellent dishes<\/strong>, warm, <strong>family-friendly atmosphere<\/strong>, and the <strong>friendliness<\/strong> of its staff.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-circular_bold text-deep-turquoise text-[28px] uppercase\">The project:<\/p>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a944619 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"7a944619\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;content_width&quot;:&quot;full&quot;,&quot;container_type&quot;:&quot;flex&quot;}\">\n<p data-start=\"14\" data-end=\"429\">This is a <strong>strategy tailored specifically for the restaurant<\/strong>, starting with the<strong> design of the brand\u2019s visual identity<\/strong>, followed by an <strong>analysis of competitors<\/strong>, which led to the definition of a<strong> tone of voice<\/strong> and <strong>graphic formats<\/strong> that presented the key topics of interest for the restaurant. These topics were then organized within an <strong>editorial plan<\/strong>. Additionally, a dedicated <strong>showcase website<\/strong> was designed and launched.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"14\" data-end=\"429\">Since June 2020,<strong> several tests<\/strong> have been carried out, during which paid s<strong>ocial media advertising campaigns<\/strong> were launched, mainly targeting <strong>potential customers<\/strong> in the Livigno area.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"431\" data-end=\"610\">The <strong>Instagram feed<\/strong> for Il Cenacolo Restaurant has been carefully curated, with priority given to visual content and an organized block layout of three posts, including brand references in each post. <strong>Hashtags<\/strong> are strategically selected, with 5 generic, 5 specific, and 5 branded hashtags for each post to improve visibility with a limited budget. Located at 1,816 meters, it offers a long stretch of characteristic houses and numerous shops due to its <strong>duty-free zone<\/strong>. The area is <strong>focused on tourism<\/strong>, with many accommodations and a population of 6,458 residents. Brand awareness:<\/strong> Strengthen brand recognition to improve its visibility and attract more customers.<br \/>\n<strong>4. Customer loyalty:<\/strong> Enhance engagement and build an emotional connection with customers by offering quality and relevant content.<br \/>\n<strong>5. Customer insight:<\/strong> Gather valuable customer information through social media to develop targeted marketing strategies.<br \/>\n<strong>6. Lead generation, promotions &amp; sales:<\/strong> Promote the business and increase sales by focusing on events and initiatives designed to boost foot traffic to the location.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n<p class=\"font-circular_bold text-deep-turquoise text-[28px] uppercase\">Results achieved:<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the social media strategy implemented for Il Cenacolo Restaurant in Livigno, the Facebook and Instagram pages experienced<strong> a notable drop in reach<\/strong> compared to the previous two-month period, due to a different allocation of the advertising budget. Instagram, however, showed excellent results, with<strong> improved performance<\/strong> due to campaigns from previous months.
