It organizes entertainment and contests in shopping malls, corporate events, local events, and stand setups. The COVID-19 health emergency significantly impacted the events sector, leading Hoppl\u00e0 into a crisis. <strong>The lack of a solid online<\/strong> presence made it challenging for the company to adapt to the changes, manage online content, and maintain an active presence on social media despite the decline in activities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-circular_bold text-deep-turquoise text-[28px] uppercase\">The project:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"1310\">The web marketing strategy developed for Hoppl\u00e0 was <strong>integrated<\/strong> with the event organization, ensuring <strong>cohesive and synergistic communication.<\/strong> Social media was used to promote new digital event formats, contests, sweepstakes, virtual store and mall tours, <strong>engaging the audience actively.<\/strong> Discussions on <strong>relevant sector topics<\/strong> and general-interest subjects were used to capture attention with <strong>useful and engaging information.<\/strong> Hoppl\u00e0 communicated its<strong> resilience and readiness<\/strong> to offer innovative solutions, contributing to the revival of local businesses during the lockdown period.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1752\">Hoppl\u00e0&#8217;s <strong>Instagram<\/strong> account was carefully managed, following a strategy focused on<strong> human capital<\/strong> and the <strong>company\u2019s distinctive values.<\/strong> Posts concentrated on a<strong>uthentic moments from the company&#8217;s life, events, and online contests<\/strong>, as well as content that inspired users in their daily lives. <strong>Feedback<\/strong> was encouraged by asking followers to leave <strong>likes and comments<\/strong>, stimulating engagement through<strong> interactive stories<\/strong>,<strong> contests<\/strong>, and<strong> sweepstakes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1754\" data-end=\"2262\">On <strong>Facebook<\/strong>, Hoppl\u00e0 adopted a strategy focused on event creation, sharing company links and articles, leveraging the broad reach of the platform. Instagram content was also shared on Facebook, along with industry articles and customer testimonials. The company used the platform to organize <strong>live streaming sessions<\/strong>, which were also broadcast on Instagram. To inform <\/strong>the user about the services offered by Hoppl\u00e0 and how they are managed.<br \/>\n<strong>3. To propose <\/strong>promotions and special offers to encourage purchases and active participation from users.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n<p class=\"font-circular_bold text-deep-turquoise text-[28px] uppercase\">Results achieved:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Hoppl\u00e0&#8217;s social strategy played a key role in promoting the live streaming events organized at the new DAD Space recording studio (including <em data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1536\">Un Salto al Centro da casa<\/em>, <em data-start=\"1538\" data-end=\"1552\">Meet &amp; Greet<\/em> with TV show characters, <em data-start=\"1578\" data-end=\"1596\">La Posta di YoYo<\/em> with Carolina and Lallo, <em data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"1640\">Digital Top Cake<\/em> with Damiano Carrara and the winners of <em data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1691\">Bake Off<\/em>, <em data-start=\"1693\" data-end=\"1712\">Digital Top Style<\/em> with Federico Fashion Style, Paddington, and English language workshops <em data-start=\"1785\" data-end=\"1797\">Music Meet<\/em>). Through a combination of <strong>organic posts<\/strong> and <strong>direct interactions<\/strong> with the community, the company <strong>generated significant interest and engagement<\/strong> around its digital events.<strong> The creative use of platforms<\/strong> like Instagram and Facebook helped reach a wide and diverse audience, while TikTok&#8217;s use attracted the attention of a younger generation.
