Today, I want to talk a bit about what it means to do branding in 2020 and the importance it has gained.   The pandemic has led people to adopt new behaviors across all areas. Many have started buying products and services online, and the market has expanded as a result.   Today, many people need to solidify their online presence, either for their company or because they've decided to sell products and services online. This is because, in today’s world, it’s essential to be flexible and to meet the market demand for digital services. Those who are present online and communicate their values on the web will immediately gain greater credibility in the eyes of consumers.   Some behaviors will return to pre-pandemic norms once the emergency has passed, but it is unlikely that someone who has grown accustomed to the convenience of buying and searching for information online will give it up. The internet makes everything faster and more immediate in a world that has long required us to always stay on top of things.   What would you think of a store today that doesn’t have an Instagram page or a website? Instagram is the ultimate social platform where a business can tell its story, showcase its products or services, and establish immediate contact with customers. A website today serves as a business card—it communicates transparency. While some people believe that a social media page is enough, in reality, users will perceive you as more serious and professional if your website is well-designed and functional.   Even those looking for work are more likely to be noticed (and even considered for the communication skills they’ve developed) if they have a personal brand.   Being present on social media and having a personal brand doesn’t mean you automatically want to be an influencer. Not everyone can or wants to sell online, but everyone can communicate their business online or create a personal showcase. The web is for everyone! You just need to think about the needs of your target market and unleash your creativity.   Once again, “creativity” is the key word: it’s necessary to communicate your values in a unique way, without fear of seizing the opportunity to expose yourself online. I too initially had some reservations about putting myself out there, but I’ve realized that it’s a great way to connect with new clients (even those who are geographically far away) and communicate my principles in a way that’s much more human than expected. On the web, only those who are truly authentic are perceived as such!   My personal mission is to help my clients communicate their brand’s values authentically, offering a highly personalized service.   If you want to know more, feel free to contact me for a free consultation!   Don’t miss the huge opportunity that comes with knowing how to communicate online, especially during this time of strong digitalization.   N.G.
