FAQ
BIGAIS DESIGN | FAQ
Let’s clear things up before we begin.
How long does a project take with you?
It depends on the type of service, a full brand identity takes longer than a set of social media assets. On average, projects take between 2 and 6 weeks. We’ll discuss everything upfront and plan it out clearly together.
Can I ask for just one part of a project, like only the logo or just the website layout?
Yes, but I evaluate each case individually. I prefer to work strategically and holistically, when everything is aligned, the outcome works better for you, too.
Do you work only with companies, or also with freelancers?
I work with anyone who wants to stand out, whether that’s a freelancer, a small business, a creative studio, or a larger company. It’s the intention that counts, not the size.
What’s your work process like?
It always starts with listening and analysis. Then I define the visual direction and present proposals to share with you. The process is clear and structured, with defined revision rounds. Creative, yes — but also organized.
Can I request changes if something doesn’t feel right?
Absolutely. Revisions are part of the process. The goal is to create something that works, and truly represents you.
What if I don’t know exactly what I need?
That’s what I’m here for. I’ll guide you with the right questions to understand what you truly need, based on your goals and your audience.
Curious? I get it.
Here I answer the most common (and most useful) questions: the ones that help you understand if we’re a good match and how we can create something beautiful, strategic, and truly yours. Still have questions? Write to me, I’ll be happy to reply.
